    Geeky Goodies based in Ontario, Canada. We work local suppliers in Canada and in the USA to produce and deliver our products.
  • Are your prices in US dollars or Canadian dollars?
    All the prices on our website are in US dollars. Canadian customers looking to shop in Canadian dollars can visit our Etsy shop: Geeky Goodies Shop (although our selection of colour options and products is far less on there, you can always send us a message asking about a specific product that is not currently listed on our Etsy store – if we can add it there we will).
  • You are a Canadian company, why are your prices in US dollars?
    Currently most of our customers and our suppliers are in the US. We are charged in US dollars for the shirts and services we use to provide our products so it’s much easier for us to remain in US dollars for now. We love our Canadian customers and supporters and we have tried extremely hard to find a reliable, quality supplier in Canada to supply print-on-demand shirts and other products but all our efforts have been met with much higher prices, poor quality, and worst of all, extremely long wait/production times. We continue to look for a long-term solution in Canada and hope that we may some day be able to change our prices over to Canadian dollars or offer some other option for our Canadian customers, however that's really not an option at this time.

    You can purchase with confidence from Geeky Goodies. We value our customers and your privacy. We take every precaution to protect your information. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff and suppliers for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of ensuring delivery of your order (depending where you live, some delivery companies require a phone number) and will only be used if needed during delivery or to clarify questions related to your order. ​ We will never give, sell or rent any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so. Making a purchase from our site will automatically subscribe you to our Geeky Goodies newsletter, however you can easily unsubscribe from this list at any time.   • Can you help me promote my board game on Kickstarter?
    We are always happy to hear about new games and tabletop gaming related projects. You can share information about your board game or Kickstarter project with us. However, we get a lot of these kinds of requests and we will only share information about games that we are familiar with and/or excited about. These are determined on an individual case-by-case basis. Contact us if you want to send us a review copy of your game. ​ However, we have created a community Pinterest Board that anyone can join and we encourage you to "follow" the board and send us a request to join via email ( - make sure to include your Pinterest account name). You can post Kickstarter and other tabletop-related links there with an active community of board gamers on Pinterest (please respect the board and don't spam the board by repeatedly posting the same thing over and over).   • Can I send you a copy of my game to review on your social media accounts?
    YES! Of course you can - we LOVE games! We are always happy to try out a new game. Most of our reviews are what we call "mini-reviews" and are published on social media. Longer reviews take longer and are limited to what time we can dedicate to it. There is no charge (other than the cost of shipping us your game) to you for this. However we can make no promises as to when your game will get played (we try our best to get things played, photographed and post our mini-review within 2-6 weeks of arrival but even that is not always possible) or if our review will be favourable (we try to be honest, fair and look for positives in all that we do). Although we are open to all kinds of games, (as a general guideline) we are most interested in light-to-medium weight games, gateway, party, family or kids games that can be played in under 2 hours. ​ If this is of interest to you, feel free to send us an email at to tell us more about your game.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • What is your Return Policy?
    You can purchase with confidence from Geeky Goodies. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return*, provided the item(s) meet the following criteria: ​ Merchandise may not be returned if worn, soiled or washed and must not smell like food, pets or cigarette smoke. Original tags and/or packaging must be affixed to items in original condition. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements. Your returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns. ​ Returns will only be accepted under these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we assess that the item is not in its original condition. The buyer (you) are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending your return. When needed, refunds will be issued for the cost of the product alone – shipping costs will not be refunded. ​ Orders outside of the US may have customs/duty applied at the border by your country. This is beyond our control. Because all orders are printed on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if this the shipment is refused by you due to customs/duty charges of any kind.   • How do I return an item?
    Contact us via email to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name, the description of what you are returning and the reason for the return. *Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds for printing services for game mats. Ship the item(s) using any shipping method you prefer. We suggest using a method that can be tracked. Geeky Goodies will not assume responsibility for any return shipping fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred. Geeky Goodies is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost in the mail by the shipper you have selected. All returns must have an RA# issued by us. Any returns without an RA# will be refused and returned to you. Items should be received within 30 days (postmarked no later than 15 days). ​ Orders outside of the US may have customs/duty applied at the border by your country. This is beyond our control.   • What happens if my order is damaged in delivery?
    If there is any damage to your order contact us immediately at chris [@] and we will make arrangements to get your order re-sent to you.
  • Do you ship to the USA?
    Most orders shipped within the US are shipped USPS First Class. You will be provided a tracking number via follow-up email after your order has been shipped. Please allow at least 5 to 7 business days for your order to be printed, before contacting us about shipments.
  • Where are my orders shipped from?
    We are a Canadian-based company working with companies in the USA and Canada to produce our t-shirts, mugs, posters and other products. Most T-shirt orders shipping to the USA will be printed and shipped from our suppliers in the state of New York. Most T-shirts orders shipping to Canadian addresses will be shipped from our suppliers in Canada. Most mug orders and all paper-based products, such as cards and posters will be produced and shipped separately from our offices in Ontario, Canada.
  • Do you ship to Canada?
    Yes, we do. We use USPS and Canada Post for reliable and timely shipping to or within Canada.
  • What if I need my order right away or have other special delivery requirements?
    You can provide special delivery instructions through email at chris [@] and we will do what we can to meet your needs and provide you with additional special pricing.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    International shipments will be processed on an individual basis by either USPS or Canada Post depending on the destination (a tracking number will be provided whenever possible).
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    All T-shirts are made-to-order so please allow 5 to 7 business days before your item is shipped. USA 3-5 days (tracking number will be provided where available) for T-shirt orders. Paper-based products, such as cards and posters may take longer to arrive. Canada 5-12 days (tracking number not always available) for T-shirt order. International 10-21 days (not all offer a tracking number but we will supply one if possible). International orders MAY be subject to additional customs/duty charges at the border. Exceptions include: Chile (3 weeks to 4 months or more to get a parcel delivered). All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the purchase date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to local carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, local holiday schedules, and the items ordered.
