All orders are printed on demand. If an item is not in stock or unavailable for some reason, at the time you place your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and suggest another similar product or refund you the total amount of your order.

US and Canada Based Printing and Shipping
We are a Canadian-based company working very closely with companies in the USA and Canada to produce our products.

All US-based Shirt orders will be printed and shipped from our American suppliers in the state of New York.

Most Canadian Shirt orders will be produced and shipped from our American suppliers in the state of New York. Some Canadian orders may be produced and shipped within Canada where possible. Canadian orders MAY be subject to additional customs/duty charges at the border.

Most International orders will be produced and shipped from our American suppliers in the state of New York. International orders MAY be subject to additional customs/duty charges at the border.

Paper-based products, such as cards and posters will be produced and shipped in a separate package from our offices in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Shipping
Most Geeky Goodies products are made-to-order so please allow 5 to 7 business days before your item is shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times:

USA 3-5 days (tracking number will be provided where available) for T-shirt orders. Paper-based products, such as cards and posters may take longer to arrive.

Canada 5-12 days (tracking number not always available) for T-shirt order. Paper-based products, such as cards and posters 3-5 days (tracking number not always available). Canadian T-shirt orders MAY be subject to additional customs/duty charges at the border.

International 10-21 days (not all offer a tracking number but we will supply one if possible). International orders MAY be subject to additional customs/duty charges at the border. Exceptions include: Chile (3 weeks to 4 months or more to get a parcel delivered).
All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the purchase date. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Please note we do not ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to local carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, local holiday schedules, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery
All of our products are made on-demand so your order will take some time to produce - before your order is shipped. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to produce your order within 4 to 7 business days of the date of your order (Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include holidays). Once your order is produced we will ship it to you as quickly as possible (see shipping estimates below).
Products may also be delivered in separate shipments (posters and paper products are usually shipped separately).
International Orders (Outside USA and Canada)
International orders MAY be subject to additional customs/duty charges at the border. This doesn't happen all the time but it is a possibility and depends on the policies of your country and is entirely beyond our control. Because your order is printed on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the shipment is refused by you due to customs/duty charges of any kind.
Special Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions PRIOR to placing your order, through email at chris [@] geekygoodies.com and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
Your Privacy Is Important
Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of ensuring delivery of your order (depending where you live, some delivery companies require a phone number) and will only be used if needed during delivery or to clarify questions related to your order.
