At this time, deliveries have not stopped. However, this action may lead to delays, particularly in rural and suburban areas where Canada Post is the primary courier. Canadian customers can continue to place orders as usual, but we recommend planning ahead and allowing extra time for possible delays.

We are currently in discussions with our production partners to secure alternative shipping service providers to ensure continued deliveries within Canada, although this might result in longer delivery times for some orders.

Severe snowstorms in several US states and wildfires in Southern California may impact production and/or delivery of some orders.

Due to the Canadian Post strike, all orders delivering to Canadian addresses or produced in Canada may experience delays.
